film nights

as an events manager at Bitters & RYE, i was responsible for looking after the bookings and the events and as a creative and restless person, i was also curating of course, my own events, including film nights. 

it started on tuesdays weekly, then it became bi weekly, monthly and then on wednesdays every week, with seasons, dedicated to actors and/ or directors, seasons and special occasions. 

tailor made cocktails, 5 pounds all night, tailor made music played before and after the film, free pop corn and a dark room full of atmosphere. good times. 

inspired by the italo - american relationship, i expanded to different genres and subjects and countries later on. the abundant wealth of the celluloid. endless love for the moving image.
